  1. Do you ship worldwide?  Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
  2. How Long does shipping take?  Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping 5-10 business days (U.S. suppliers are faster). * It items are from different suppliers; your order may arrive in separate packages.  
  3. How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Many items qualify for free shipping.
  4. Can I return or exchange my order? Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unused, tags, attached). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  5. How do I start a return? Please contact us at journie2jream.com with your order number, and we'll provide return instructions.
  6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item? We'll fix it right away! Please send us a photo and order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  7. Do you offer plus sizes? Yes, we carry a variety of sizes to celebrate everybody. Sizes vary by brand, so please check the size chart before ordering.
  8. How do I know what size to order? We include a size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
  9. Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Digital gift cards are available so your loved ones can shop their favorite looks.
  10. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing.
